Program Coordinator (LIU/BTBPA)

Position Overview

The Program Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact between various stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and clients, to ensure the smooth and effective execution of programs and projects. This role involves coordinating activities, facilitating, communication, and ensuring that all parties are aligned with program goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination and Communication:

• Serve as the central point of contact for all program-related inquiries and communications.
• Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, addresses concerns, and ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure all program components are executed effectively.

Program Management:

• Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of program, strategies and initiatives.
• Monitor program progress, track milestones, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify potential risks or issues and work proactively to mitigate them.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and use it to improve program, outcomes and processes.
• Represent the program at external events, conferences, and meetings as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of program activities, communications, and decisions.
  
• Prepare regular reports on program status, including successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all program documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant parties.

Support and Training:

• Provide support and guidance to team members involved in the program.
• Develop and deliver training materials or sessions to ensure that all stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities within the program.
